Should you be legally unable to travel to your destination and honour your booking due to Covid-19 restrictions, you may cancel your booking and receive a 100% refund.
We ask that you only cancel your booking between two weeks and one day before check-in as, until that time, we can’t be sure that alert levels won’t still decrease, allowing your stay to continue.
